Flat, shingle, metal, or some combination nobody planned on purpose, we’ve got you covered. From flat roof repair to full commercial roofing systems, you get a free inspection, an honest assessment, and a quote for the work that actually needs doing.
New Commercial Roofs Can Be Pricey
We know what that number looks like at the bottom of a commercial roofing quote, because we’ve been on the other side of one. Our own building, our own money, same wince.
So when Blue Note Pros walks your roof, we’re not looking for the biggest invoice we can justify. We’re looking for what’s actually failing and what it’ll take to buy you more time. Sometimes that’s three leak repairs and a coating. Sometimes it’s a replacement you genuinely can’t put off another season. Either way, we’ll tell you which one you’re looking at.
Churches, apartment complexes, storefronts, industrial roofing jobs with more rooftop equipment than floor space — we’ve been on all of them, and we’ll be straight with you about yours.
We Install, Maintain and Replace
Different buildings need different systems. Here’s what we work with and when each one makes sense.
Our most-installed flat roof system. Membrane welding fuses the seams into a single continuous surface, and the white surface keeps rooftop temperatures down, which does your R-value insulation a favor over the long haul.
Applied over an existing roof to seal seams and stop leaks. We use Gaco synthetic membrane, and a coating can add years to a flat roof for a fraction of a replacement.
Standing seam and screw-down, for commercial buildings where a metal system fits the structure and the budget.
Common on older Louisiana commercial buildings, and still a solid system when it’s installed and maintained right. We repair and replace it.
Custom Systems
We don’t walk in with a favorite system and try to make your building fit it. Every flat roof recommendation starts with what your roof actually needs, what your budget allows, and how long you’re planning to hold onto the building.
That range runs wide. Our team handles everything from the most basic flat roof job to the most complex custom install, so whether it’s a straightforward repair or a system built from scratch for a tricky building, we’ve done it before.
Property Types
Every building comes with its own headaches. Here’s how we work around yours.
The biggest piece of our commercial work, and not by accident. We’re in these congregations. We sponsor the local teams, we show up for the community stuff, and when a church needs a roof, they already know who we are.
Full re-roofs and the ongoing leak repairs that come with a lot of units and a lot of tenants. We coordinate around people who still have to live there while we work.
Storefronts, offices, and big industrial spans with rooftop equipment and a lot of penetrations to keep sealed.
Schools, government facilities, and skilled nursing, where the work has to hold up to scrutiny and a paper trail.
Commercial Roofing Services
You call, we go out, we find where water’s getting in and where it’s coming through. Most flat roof repair work turns out to be seams, penetrations around rooftop units, or punctures — and you get a quote to fix exactly that, no more and no less.
When a roof is genuinely done, we replace it. Backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer material coverage.
Sometimes a roof doesn’t need replacing, it needs sealing. One of the most cost-effective moves a property owner can make.
Need something sealed, cleaned, or addressed before it becomes a bigger problem? We’ll take care of it.
How We Work
Managing a property means answering to somebody: an owner, a board, a tenant, an insurer. We work in a way that makes that easier.
After every inspection, you get a full write-up: photos, a written report, and our professional recommendations, so you’ve got something real to hand to an owner or board.
We coordinate directly through the property management software you’re already using, and we regularly work with multiple local and national property management companies across both residential and commercial portfolios.
Every job runs on OSHA-approved fall protection, and our crew includes OSHA 30-certified staff. We carry a current Certificate of Insurance with workers’ comp and general liability, always available on request. For occupied buildings, we coordinate access and rooftop equipment around your tenants’ schedules, not the other way around.
When water’s actively coming in, you don’t need a scheduling window three days out. We offer emergency roofing service, call us at (318) 202-2123.
The Difference
Here’s the thing about commercial roofing: most of the job is knowing what not to do. Anyone can sell you a new roof. Fewer people will look at a flat roof with three separate leaks and tell you honestly that the rest of the membrane is fine and you can fix it for a fraction of the price.
That’s the whole approach. Free inspection, a clear quote for the work that actually needs doing, and a crew that shows up when we say we will. If something changes mid-job, you hear it from us first, not from the invoice.

About Us
Blue Note Pros is a family business, which on a commercial job means you’re not getting handed off. You get the same people every time, and they answer the phone.
No account rep who’s never seen your roof. No rotating crew that has to relearn your building. When you call about the leak on the north end, whoever picks up already knows which roof you mean.

FAQ
That’s one of the most useful things a free inspection gets you. Knowing you’ve got five good years lets you plan the expense instead of reacting to a ceiling collapse in February.
For most Louisiana commercial buildings, TPO is the best flat roof membrane. It reflects heat instead of absorbing it, and its seams are heat-welded into one continuous surface rather than glued, which matters because seams are where flat roofs almost always start leaking. Modified bitumen is the other system we see constantly on older buildings around here, and it holds up well when it’s been maintained.
Usually, yes. We often find a few separate problem areas — a failed seam, a puncture, a scupper that’s stopped draining — while the rest of the membrane is fine. We fix what’s failing and leave the rest alone.
Standing water usually means drainage isn’t keeping up, not that the whole roof is failing. We check whether the scuppers and drains are blocked, then look at whether water is pooling against a parapet wall where it has nowhere to go. Sometimes the fix is clearing the drainage, sometimes it’s adding slope or a coating to protect the low spots.
Tear-offs are loud, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We’ll flag the noisy days ahead of time and stage equipment where it’s least in the way. We also coordinate scheduling directly with property owners and tenants, and we’re flexible about working outside normal business hours when a project calls for it.
A full inspection report: photos, written documentation, and our professional recommendations, everything you need to make a decision or bring to a board.
Five-year workmanship warranty on replacements, one-year on repairs, plus manufacturer coverage on materials. The warranty transfers to a new owner if you sell, and we keep the property address on file for any future claim.
