Blue Note Pros Roofing is led by Shay Bailiff, licensed with the Louisiana State Board of Contractors since 2020. He built this side of the business on one rule: never sell a roof replacement when a repair will do. A $150 sealant fix gets the same attention as a $300,000 commercial job, because “good enough for now” isn’t really our thing.

For most single-family homes, a full asphalt shingle replacement typically runs somewhere between $8,000 and $20,000, depending on the size, pitch, and material of the roof. Larger or more complex roofs can run higher.
Most residential roofs take 1 to 3 days from tear-off to cleanup, depending on size and complexity. Larger or steeper roofs, or ones needing deck repairs, can take longer.
We’re not public adjusters, so we can’t file or interpret your claim for you. But we’ve walked through this paperwork more times than we can count, and we’re happy to help you make sense of it.
Mostly CertainTeed shingles, plus metal roofing, TPO, and flat roof systems for commercial buildings. We also handle slate tile, repairs or full roofs, for the right project. If it goes on a roof, we’ve probably installed it.
